Senior Section Engineer (Electrical
& Mechanical)
Pay Scale: 7th PC Pay Scale- S-17, Rs.47600-151100.
Appointment shall be made from amongst the candidate who possesses the following:
Educational Qualification : Full Time Degree or Diploma in Electrical / Electronics / Electronics & Telecommunication/ Mechanical / Electrical & Electronics / Electronics & Communication / Applied Electronics / Applied Electronics & Instrumentation / Applied Electronics & Communication / Industrial Electronics / Power Electronics / Instrumentation / Instrumentation and Control/ Electrical & Instrumentation Engineering or equivalent degree/ diploma in Engineering from a Government recognised University / Institute.
Minimum Experience: 4 Years for Degree and 6 Years for Diploma in Maintenance or Servicing of Lifts, Escalators, LT Power Supply systems, DG Sets, HVAC Systems, Fire Detection & Suppression systems and MEP services in Government or Private Sector. The experience certificate should clearly mention the nature and type of experience and the particulars of M&P serviced/ maintained. Vague experience certificate will not be considered and such applications will be summarily rejected. The experience in Metro Rail System will be preferred.
Maximum Age limit: 44 years as on 1.10.2020. Age relaxation can be considered in case of deserving candidates Note : In case suitable candidates are not found for the post, the post can be downgraded to Section Engineer (E&M) for which the candidates should have minimum 2 years of experience of working in above areas in supervisory capacity. Note : The retired SSE or equivalent of Railway/ Metro Railway up to the age of 61 years, having the above experience can also apply. The age can be relaxed in case of deserving candidates. Their pay will be fixed based on last pay drawn in the above given pay scale. Medical Standard : A-3
General Conditions of government jobs: -
1. Age, Qualification and Experience as on 01-10-2020 will be considered valid. Qualification acquired afterward will not be considered. 2. Full time degree and diploma are considered. 3. No age limit for deputation. 4. Candidate should have knowledge of Marathi language. (Candidate should submit the S.S.C. Examination certificate.). Otherwise, they have to pass the Marathi examination as per Govt. of Maharashtra Notification No.मभाप1087/14/सी आर-2/87/20, दिनाांक 30 दिसेंबर, 1987. 5. As per Government Rule 4 “A” of the Government notification No.SRV2000/CR (17/2000)/Twelve, dated 28th March 2005, the Candidate should produce/submit an affidavit of having a small family. 6. Candidates are required to pass one of the certification examinations of MSCIT or CCC or O-level or A-level or B-level or C- level which is a compulsorily additional qualification for all posts. Accordingly, he/she should produce /submit a copy of the Certificate. If the candidate does not have such a certificate, then he/she should pass the said Certificate Examination within two years from the date of appointment according to the GOM’s GAD, GR. No. Training 2000/C.R.61/2001/39, dated 19th March 2003, failing which his/her services would be terminated with immediate effect without any communication. 7. The experience certificate of only full time work will be considered. The experience of part time/honorarium service will not be considered. 8. The selection of the candidate is liable to be terminated /canceled at any point of the stage if the copies of the certificate submitted by the candidate at the time of interview/selection or thereafter are found to be invalid, suspicious and/or incomplete. 9. Candidates will be shortlisted on the merit of each candidate with reference to the number of applications received to the number of posts vacant. 10. Waiting List will be prepared, if any, on the basis of Merit will be kept live for a certain period depending on our requirement, however in any case, not beyond one year. 11. Recommendations and pressure for the selection of candidates will not be entertained at any point of time. On the contrary, the said candidates who try to pressurize will be treated as ineligible for selection/appointment. 12. Officers working in Central/State/Semi Govt, PSU, fulfilling the prescribed eligibility criteria, equivalent pay scale, and grade pay can apply for the post on deputation through the proper channels. 18. If suitable candidates are not found for a post then the same will be filled up on a lower scale by suitable candidates. 19.
